There are so many catchphrases to describe spirituality these days.
It’s important to exercise individual discernment to know what is truly right for you.
When someone mentions what absolute truth is, it sends me running. Not because I’m not open; no one really knows what that means on this plane.
People used to think the world was flat, that was the absolute truth in the past; now we know different. There are so many things we don’t know–it fills the multiverse.
The labels and terms used loosely to describe what’s hip and new in spirituality do not feel like helpful information; unless the person enjoys toxic negativity.
Some thrive on drama. It makes them feel alive and exhilarated.
I preface what I say with “great if it resonates, leave it if it does not.”
There is no judgment since we’re here to learn and have an experience.
I stay curious and open. It helps me grow.
